The thing that frustrates me about Saiss, is that the same people on MolMix give him MOM every game, regardless of what happens. It kind of ruins the verdict threads for me, as I can’t take any of their ratings seriously. There are some posters that do the same with Cav every week too.

Perhaps it is you that is wrong? Saiss has been excellent all season and without him Neves wouldn't shine

Never said he hasn’t played well, but he isn’t MOM every game as some people imply.

Man of the match every game.

There is no balance with some posters and they take a position where there is no give and take.
All of our players have had moments where they have been brilliant and others where they have been cack.
Most fans recognise this, whereas others are so one-eyed, it makes Cyclops look 20:20

Saiss was given 3 out of 10 justifiably in a couple of games earlier in the season so to say he has been excellent all season is just rubbish. I think he has had a good season and been worth 7 out of 10 in most games. To say Neves wouldn’t shine without Saiss is just drivel and I keep reading articles, that I agree with, saying Neves is not only Wolves star man but has been the best player in the championship this season

Disagree, Boly is by far the best player in the Chumpo, but I love to watch Neves as his displays are more orgäßmic on the eyes !

Wasn't Neves captain of Porto in a Champion's League match? The youngest to do so. Wonder which position Saiss played to help him to this achievement.

Have to say the first few games I wasn't 'that' impressed but think since coming back he has been immense

Fact is that we have several top class players at the club and any club in this division would take any of them given the chance.

Could be the case, however when I asked for an explanation of short passing to further my knowledge, no one could do so.

I found this online:

"short pass (plural short passes) - A pass of the ball between teammates too close together to allow an opponent to get between them. There is no particular distance the ball must travel to qualify as a short pass."

posted on 31/12/17

Amazing that anyone watching footy would be clueless as to what would generally be considered a short pass.

A pass between two players too close together to allow an opponent to get between them?

If passing the ball six inches is what impresses people on here, then let me assure you I am a superstar

DJ. I read earlier that you said Batth's feet never left the ground. Well, take a look at this clip and listen to what the commentator says.

His challenge was reckless and you cannot go into tackles like that and not get punished.

I saw the tackle live and have watched it on video many times and my view is that it wasn’t reckless and didn’t deserve a red. Not sure why a commentator saying something different would change my opinion. For your interest the commentators in England did not describe it as reckless. It’s an issue over which opinions are varied, which to me is as good an argument as any that a suspension would be harsh and I think the club should appeal
