People have unrealistic expectations of Rashford because of how he broke onto the scene. He's only just turned 20 and is having to work on his game and play in different positions and systems.

Expecting consistently brilliant performances is unrealistic. He's not Messi.

You can never tell when Martial is gonna hit a run of form as he often follows up good performances with poor ones. Both him and Rashford are inconsistent players.

Difference is Martial's more productive, even when playing shiiiiiit. Much cooler in front of goal.
