Terrible half glad we stil in it. Solanke nedds a better first touch and he buries that. Mane still off form Lallana gettng back to fitness. We need more pententration all this sideways stuff is boring otherwise it finish 0-0 or 1-0 to Burnley.

Got to agree. Solanke looks to have all the necessary basics to make a top player and with time he could well become one. He's played in games when the other team are physical and we adjust our approach slightly so the rest of the team are less effective overall anyway, so no wonder he isn't scoring freely, really.

We should have used the Kane example for Adam Morgan, Nemeth, Dalle Valle and every other kid who looked decent at youth level. Bottom line Solanke plays like a donkey. I would rather give Brewster games time.

His balance of strength, pace and skill is not very common at all. He's a threat in the air and has a shot on him. For his age, he has A LOT going for him. You wont find many that age with half as much. It's all about development now and that is always unpredicatble
I just don’t think we should give up on a kid who has had a few sub appearances and a couple of starts for us just yet.
Solanke will come into his own in the Europa League next season.
