How is that a stupid question? He said it needs evaluating, i seriously doubt the fans know the inner workings and structure of a board personally so would like to know exactly why it needs changing from its current set up.

Fans often use the owners or board as scapegoats.

We have one man running two sides of the club. The financial side and the football side. It’s not good enough, most clubs around Europe have a director of football. We have to move with the times.

I'm not saying give him the job but I'd be quite interested to see what he could do with the squad. If he got the team playing good football then the conclusion could then be that Jose wasn't good enough. However, I suspect the truth is that the players and manager aren't as good as we hoped they are.

This sort of football should NEVER be accepted at Manchester United, Liverpool or Arsenal. It may be tolerated for half a season or a season as part of a longer term strategy. But never accepted as the permenant style of play for the managers tenure.
