This sort of football should NEVER be accepted at Manchester United, Liverpool or Arsenal. It may be tolerated for half a season or a season as part of a longer term strategy. But never accepted as the permenant style of play for the managers tenure.

We have one man running two sides of the club. The financial side and the football side. It’s not good enough, most clubs around Europe have a director of football. We have to move with the times.

City, Atleti, Bayern and many other clubs operate with one and they’ve been fairly successful with it in recent years. It’s all about long term planning, and it’s something this club lacks.
