Will be extremely dissapointed if we don't win this match. Swansea sure as hell don't want a cup run.
chatted about an fa cup run on the way to the Brentford game. as silly as it sounds, with a little bit of luck in the draws for the early round we could actually have a decent stab at making the last few. if we can make it through to the 5th or 6th round with mainly reserves, we can gradually strengthen the team. especially as there's a chance we'll be promoted by march at this rate!
a lot worse teams than wolves have had Wembley finals in recent years.
but as nuno always says, we better concentrate on beating Swansea's reserves first, and take one game at a time.
No Halfy I do not think you would be talking complete bollax by suggesting we could win the cup. If Blues can win a cup final against Arsenal and get relegated at the same time, anything is possible
And no I didn't make sandwiches but I do have a few tasty morsels for you. How's this for a start:
Albion's record over their last 30 PL games (since 4 April 2017) is 0.57 PPG.
Lower than we managed in our final 30 games of 2011/12 (0.60 PPG) when we were absolutely dreadful and rounded off the season on a winless run of 14 games, managed by Terry Connor.

It's certainly going to be interesting to see what side Nuno puts out against Swansea, that' for sure. I think your selection is close Gem, but I think he may be tempted to play Morgan Gibbs-White, especially as he's had him on the bench for the last couple of games.

Yeah I'd be more concerned about a draw than losing to be honest. Although I think we will field a much changed team for both games if we did draw.
I disagree that Swansea won't want a cup run. Sometimes a few good cup performances increases morale for a team at the bottom and helps get them winning again. Given Swansea's poor form of late, I think they will want to beat us.
Having forked out for tickets for the family for the Swansea game, I am hoping for entertainment and a win.
I then hope that our title win/ promotion is so nailed-on that we have the luxury if being able to genuinely challenge for the FA Cup.
So here's to Wolves and also Exeter.

I would imagine we are now a very attractive proposition to most players looking to further their careers and i bet there are one or two who didn't fancy it in the summer that are now regretting that decision.

I get that this Rafa Mir kid is highly rated, but he has only performed in the third tier of Spanish football.
Is this any different to when we signed Afobe from Arsenal? A young proven goal scorer at a level below who we think will be able to make the step up and grow with the club (hopefully to a higher level than Afobe has done).
I think we and the media might be over-egging this.
