Aguero and Hazard should be on the radar I they want to compete next season. And if Salah keeps his form up, they'll have to take a serious look at him too.

Bakayoko for free?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'll throw in the petrol money!
What's gone wrong with them this season though?
They've still got a very good team IMO but Ronaldo and Benzema aren't getting any younger and Bale doesn't look durable enough to depend upon for a season.
I think they may well go big for Kane in the summer as well as maybe someone like Salah as well.
Miki can go there but he's not good enough. Lukaku and Herrera the same.
Dybala possibly.

Is he really that bad? Looked a real player under Jardim.
We have worse believe me. God only knows how you'd cope of you had the pleasure of Fellaini.
Worse than being the poorest player in that Monaco team. I didn't want him in the first place and he's even worse than I thought
Bale's days look numbered there. Ronaldo will stay put but he's clearly not going to carry on delivering 50 goal seasons at 32. Benzema too looks like he's not quite the same player.
Forwards is definitely where I see them going big.
If Salah keeps his form up I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted him to replace Bale.

Would no doubt make Liverpool a lot more money if he did go there but what a blow that would be.
If you come 5th and miss cl football it's not exactly out of the question either is it?
Likewise I can see them going for Martial who despite isn't delivering consistently yet most fans can see the potential there. He's still very young and such a talent.

I agree.
Luckily we don't have anyone at present they'd want. Maybe Martial at a push but can't see it myself.
I know this may sound daft but I wouldn't be surprised if they went for someone like Darmian as cover at the back if they were looking at some of our players. Maybe not attacking enough for them but I think he's do a good job as a utility defender for them.
To qualify my reasoning on Martial.
I don't think he'd be the 'shiny new toy' signing that they'd go for. I think they'll go for players who have the profile like Kane, Hazard and Salah.
Darmian will go back to Italy. 100% convinced on that.
Martial is an unbelievable talent but hopefully because he's still so young and inconsistent they will look elsewhere.
Hazard plus either Dybala or Lewandowski would be my guess.

--------------------------
Hazard would be pointless, they've already got Isco and Asensio.
Dybala & Lewandowsi would improve them, but Kane is #TheOne they should go for.
It would cost over £200m, but it would be a huge statement of intent and Kane is #TheOne player in football right now who will be able to replace Ronaldo's goal output to a certain degree.

No point making a lot of money if we keep selling our best players. Unless we develop some crazy system where we are able to identify the next young product who is ready to make a big step up. Unlikely considering most clubs take this approach now.

That's the thing with Madrid though. It's all about making a statement to the fans. They will splash mega cash in the summer.
Not down to us really, if Salah does the same as cout we'll sell him, hopefully not though
Dybala would be my guess who they will push for, perhaps hazard too.
I just don't see Harry Kane leaving the PL. I don't know what it is. Just strikes me as a player who will stay put and most likely at Spurs.
Dele Ali in the other hand I have no doubts he'd go.
I could definitely see Kane following Bales steps and moving to real. I think he has this desire and motivation to continue to be better and better. At some point unless spurs start winning and consistently he’s going to want to play and win at the very highest level, and at the moment there’s really only a few clubs that can offer that, the big two in Spain, Juve, psg and possibly city.
