£40m?? Brighton put in a £18m bid for him. I reckon we can get Dembele to kick up a fuss and probably hand in a transfer request. £10m is a decent amount for Celtic.

Wouldn't trust Wenger with a player who's got potential. He'd wreck them in 6 months.

But then again, he does need saving.

Normally i'd agree with this point. But the sum of money we're talking about is pocket change for Arsenal. £10-15m is hardly a big risk.

What attitude? In comparison to Arsenal, Celtic are a second rate football. I don't see the arguement.

Depends how you rate a club. History and fan base etc. still count outside the fat cat EPL but just keep your head in the sand and enjoy the mediocrity thats coming your way for the foreseeable future

There's no need to be rude. I'm simply stating facts. Yeah, Celtic may have the European club, but as far as everything that matters in concerned you're no comparison to Arsenal. Even at this declining stage of the club you can't stand toe to toe with any PL, let alone Arsenal.

The £15m we should offer for Dembele would do Celtic a big favor. Would double Celtic's transfer budget.

Celtic is a well run club with no need to sell. So if you think we should be grateful for a £15m hand-out from Arsenal you really are deluded. BTW the 8th best supported team in Europe isn't bad for a 'second-rate' club
