Who put Van Dijk as the best central defender?

I'm just pleased to see Vertonghen mentioned many times. Great cb for Spurs and rarely gets the credit he deserves.

Going to go for a top3 because a top5 will more often than not just exclude the most useless player from the top6 clubs.

Fair but I wouldn't have Clyne, Kolasanic or Firmino in my top 3's personally.
