Worrall is the only defender at Forest consistently performing at a decent level. It would be madness to sell him, especially when he definitely wants to stay and achieve at the CG. It would be a bitter pill to swallow for the fans as it would mean yet again, the squad would be weakened again in a transfer window for the umpteenth time after the likes of Antonio, Burke and Assombalonga have all departed for big money.

Will, If Worrall goes to Burnley it will be because Worrall wants to go. He's under contract so if, or whoever is trying to move him on from Forest, they cannot do so without Worrall's agreement. He is hardly likely to say he wants to move if there was no move in the offing.
Carayol has cancelled his contract so he can get a move to Ipswich
Same for Traore although no clubs sem interested. Im peeved we aint getting no money for them.
Apparently Forest have made a 4.4 mil bid for for Roma goalkeeper Skorupski. Seems unrealistic to me unless there are lots of transfer funds or AK is planning only to splash on defence.

It’s a task and a half to cancel a player’s contract in this day and age. If they are two of the unhappy lot in the squad then it makes good sense to move them on. They would have both been on a fair wage so that’ll be a god amount that won’t be going into their bank accounts for little return.
Traore was on a three year deal so that’s a good bit of work IMO. He lacked heart and desire in too many occasions despite his obvious ability.
Carayol was so maddeningly inconsistent he was never likely to be the answer. Karanka easer him out of Boro and has done the same here at the CG so that speaks volumes.

That one looks pretty certain. Hope he has more commitment than the last Fulham reject that pitched up at the CG...
Rumours increasing around Lolley from Udders. Forward player so would be Carayol’s replacement. Wednesday also interested, though..

I can’t see Forest splashing that kind of cash. He would blow the wage bill wide open too.
Hopefully Pantillimon in then. I'm liking the fact we are being linked with big names. Just hope if they arrive that they can play to as high a level as their wage demands. We now also need 2 LBs and another CB. I would also like to see Darykwa go and have another RB in to give Lichaj some real co.pettitiion. Good lord i hope this restructuring works for us
We have seen Forest twist so often in the transfer market to little effect over the last five years it is hard to get too excited. I think letting the likes of Carayol and Traore go might send a message that you need to buck your ideas up. It’ll only be effective if the manager is around long enough to see the results.

Clearly more thought gone into these transfers than under Al Hasawi. Deal till the end of the season for Dejagah as opposed to the ridiculous deal they gave Kasami who was in a similar situation. If he does well, he gets extended, if not, Forest aren’t lumbered with him.
