All’s not lost - a certain blue team in Glasgow eventually paid the price
Yep, if it were not for financial doping Spurs would probably have been CL regulars, PL champions and FA Cup winners over the last few seasons. And it would all have been done in the right and proper way, within their means, self generated and with a first class business model.
There is very little kudos in anything £ity and Ch£lsea have achieved, but for a billion pound of doping those two would almost certainly be bottom half PL clubs at best.
This theory makes the England team even worse.
OP
Great article. Five stars from me.

Exactly. Also those of City's and Chelsea's fans that revel in it compromise themselves too - celebrating doping effectively.

Let's face it..no-one really gives a schitt if City win things.
It's like a lottery winner winning a banger race in a Ferrari...yey,well done(!)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Let's face it throughout history the clubs with the most money tend to win the league
The money just comes from another source these days

Chelsea were already miles ahead of Spurs before the money was ploughed in. They won trophies and were in the CL.
I wonder where in the table City would be if the hadn't been bought out. Might have even been relegated by now

Yes and the first thing Roman did was write a cheque for 80mil to keep them out of administration. Without him Chelsea would have been another Leeds or Portsmouth. Anything they did in years leading up to his takeover was done with money they didn't have.

To get ahead of Spurs before the lottery win, they had to borrow lots of money, they had absolutely no way of being able to pay back, and were about to go bust before the Russian stepped in to save them from basically going under. Prior to him, it was like them robbing a bank to get a bit of an advantage.

And also hundreds of millions in debt
Why don't the Labour, Liberal or Green Party put in their manifesto that they will pass a law to force all football clubs to make their fans majority share holders?
I think that is the diffetence between winning and glory.
But it's deeper than just owners buying trophies for their clubs as there are mechanisms within football, like the UEFA Club Coefficient system, that gives clubs like Arsenal, Utd and Liverpool a virtual bye in the group stages of the CL. It could be argued that they earn that privilege, or that it makes the knock out rounds more glamorous, but seeing as there is no footballing reason for teams tobe seeded it can only be there to help in keeping the the wealthier clubs coffers full.

Because you can't seize a private business like that and hand it to the customers. Get a grip.
Why not simply remove every other team in the league, apart from Spurs, so then they may actually win a trophy by default each year I'd like the op to prove that City and Chelsea have been funded by "dirty" money.

Mate compared to me you are a nonentity fan. I have forgotten more about Chelsea and Spurs than you ever knew your the one that needs to do some reading. You can start with my profile.
