I was there today... admittedly up high (MSU 88) but there no chanting of Suarez’s name that I could hear.., some booing but no more than would be directed to players who’ve left under a cloud or joined a rival.
To be honest most if not all Liverpool fans were being mesmerised by the team’s attacking prowess and thinking of who we’d be replacing at second in the table.
What a pleasure it is to watch Fergie's machine dying a slow death.

To be fair I have just found the 115 page case file and was skimming through some of the bits that talk about the incident and then the experts etc. It's actually quite interesting and could be argued either way (yes ibbave slightly changed my opinion). That said, the word negro is not automatically acceptable in Uruguay and therefore I don't believe that the context was acceptable. Not do I believe that just because it may have been acceptable in Uruguay that it means it was allowed in England.
