Coming out with 'always the victims' is the go to thing for United fans and then they pretend not to know what that phrase is about.
Surprised they're using it in an article where they are taking the high horse and calling others victims while calling everyone in the world who dares criticise United an "ABU". Victim mentality at its very worst ever!

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Whats to pretend? You behaved that way when one of your players racially abused ours. Deal with it chumpy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
All this you’re spouting about what terrible people you say Liverpool fans are, yet you continue to unashamedly refer to the victim taunt. The fact that you associate verbal abuse to so many people losing their lives in a football stadium says everything about you.
I’m pretty sure any normal United fan wouldn’t be doing what you’re doing. But it’s pretty obvious you’re not normal. You need help.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Again, get over yourself. Using the victim word to suit your agenda and bringing the tragedy. No united fan has made reference to it, only you scousers. You behaved like victims during the evra episode so that's the right word for it.π
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you were a normal person then you just wouldn’t say it, knowing exactly where the origins came from. I’m amazed you can’t see this. But it’s clear you’re thick as feck, and nothing can stop your abnormal hatred of all things Liverpool.

Suarez was a victim of the United/Fergie machine.
Everyone at the FA was golf buddies with Fergie but United fans make out like everything has been fair when refs couldn't even give penalties at Old Trafford
Refs got hair dryed and sheet. 3 refs have spoken about United and been dismissed by United fans but if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck.
Who could the refs complain to when the FA is full of Fergie's golf mates. Make complaints, get banged by Fergie's machine so you just comply and give the pens and chalk off goals against that have crossed the line by over a full yard.
And now the kangaroo court in the Suarez case that failed to pay attention to the complainant changing his story and instead found the accused guilty because the complainant said so.
No court in the world would convict on the word of someone who changes vital parts of the accusation. Basic knowledge. Why was no action taken on Evra for ethically abusing Suarez? Because it was a kangaroo court.
After dealing with Suarez, Evra should have been punished too for his role in instigating the whole thing where he grossly broke the rules of the game.
Watch United fans dismiss this fact, just like the panel and everything else that doesn't suit them. Just like they dismiss the refs who talk about Fergie and pretend they aren't finished as a top club on the pitch.
Oh and Good morning all.

I've had a skim through the thread, thought I may as well add my thoughts!
Firstly I wouldn't have booed or chanted Suarez so it's not ALL Liverpool fans for a start but I imagine thd ones that did don't believe Evra pure and simple. You can cite the FA's findings on a balance of probabilities as much as you like as I imagine those fans don't believe it either. That may disgruntle some but it'll be the reason.
Things like there being no witnesses in a packed area, the FA letting Evra view the video multiple times before taking his statement whilst taking Suarez's first time, the refusal to accept linguistics professionals opinion and the fact no criminal charges were brought (as there were with Terry) all contribute to some not believing/supporting the FA panels decision.
I really don't know why that's so hard to understand.
Coupled with that is the fact that Evra comes across as a bit of a cvnt. I've not met him but he has been at the centre of various situations as an instigator such as the France walk out.
It's worth noting the manager of Liverpool Football Club went to Evra afterwards which I thought was a decent touch. I doubt we'll see Evra face Liverpool again so I hope that's the end of it.
Great Post Robbing
I agree with all of it. However when you say "Coupled with that is the fact that Evra comes across as a bit of a cvnt', doesn't quite do his cvntishness justice.
Let's not forget that Evra was found guilty in a prior case of giving "unreliable and unconvincing" evidence regarding an alleged racial slur, and was subsequently banned.
I doubt United and their manager were happy about this. G.Nev certainly lost his s***t and Phelan got Pleat roasted.

Also with the main man on the panel being a friend of the Fergie's family.
- He managed Wrexham for six years between 2001 and 2007, during which time a key member of his squad was a certain Darren Ferguson, son of Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson.
- Smith held Ferguson in such high regard that he made him club captain, and regularly heaped glowing praise on the player. For example:
"Darren was always chatting before games, telling the players what to do, he took on responsibility and was good at relaying my orders onto the pitch.
"Darren always wanted to know why and there is nothing wrong with that. I wanted my players to question my decisions, as managers are not always right and that's what he did.
"There are people who you know have a chance to become a good manager and he was one of them. He is a leader and a strong character."
"They are getting someone who is organised, hard-working, dedicated and who can spot a good player"
- Smith was fired from the Wrexham job in 2007, and Ferguson Jr. left the club soon after, something that upset Smith:
"Okay, they got rid of me, but...to lose Ferguson as a player was a major blow – but people make decisions which they think are right at the time"
- In 2009, Smith published his autobiography: 'Just One of Seven'. The back cover states:
"Tough-talking, candid and in places brutally honest, Smith's autobiography reveals his tough upbringing amidst the gangs of Stoke-on-Trent, and...how he helped save Sir Alex Ferguson's job.
Yeah the guy risked his job and reputation just to give a Liverpool player a ban because he racially abused one of his mates dads players.

I suppose its just the tribal nature of a football fan to blindly believe their player despite the evidence but I find it hard to accept how people can be like that.
It isn't just United fans, it's the majority of all fans.
I'm sorry but Liverpool are massively in the wrong on this (making the club look like an utter disgrace all for a player who doesn't even give a fack about them)

How have Liverpool FC and it's fans been terribly wrong in anything? I'd understand if you meant the sectin of fans singing.
Tbf people often struggle to understand that the small minority doesn’t equate to a majority. Even more bizarre is our fans/team getting called looters over the incidents that followed from the death of Mark Duggan.

It isn't just United fans, it's the majority of all fans.
I'm sorry but Liverpool are massively in the wrong on this (making the club look like an utter disgrace all for a player who doesn't even give a fack about them)

How do you mean "Liverpool"?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Liverpool the football club and its fans (not the city).
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How have Liverpool FC and it's fans been terribly wrong in anything? I'd understand if you meant the sectin of fans singing.

Tbf people often struggle to understand that the small minority doesn’t equate to a majority. Even more bizarre is our fans/team getting called looters over the incidents that followed from the death of Mark Duggan.

Again. Nothing to do with that. Its sad thst ur still using it in that context to suit ur agenda. So many fans of other clubs have bern banned or blocked because they dared to call you victims over the way you behaved during the evra episode because you cited a tragedy to deflect from your clubs shame of defending a racist. No doubt thisll be complained about but only the scousers have referenced a tragedy. Remember that chumpy.

I guarantee that the victim slur was never used before Hillsboro, and that it would never have been used had that incident not occurred.
Remember that, you vile bottom feeder.

Couldn’t agree more. I’ve said all through this that people are reading far too much into what happened. It’s not about whether the fans are backing Suarez, they’re simply using the thing they think will wind Evra up the most.
