Oh well! It's the timeless change of the seasons. First Golden Plover appear, Oyster Catchers are pairing, Derby plummeting. Has a certain inevitability.
But then there is Forest...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And they kept a clean sheet away from home.
Karwanker must be getting his message across.
Why does GR keep taking Kasey off?
Dreadful result. Almost compounded further by a truly terrible mistake by Keogh in the 95th minute.
Give that man another 4 year contract.!!!!!
What the hell Lawrence was playing at in the lead up to their goal is a mystery. Shocking play from a shocking waste of money
Win our last 10 games and we can still get automatic promotion. Stay positive.
Why does he leave a Lawerance on?
Night all. See you all bright eyed and bushy tailed for the weekend

Why does he leave a Lawerance on?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There are seven million reasons.
Lawrence is worth as much as Keogh in my view. One of Derby's worst signings in the 36 years I've been watching them. And he has some competition.
What is the real reason then Griff??
Wish I knew but it’s not because he’s tired. Lawerance looked tired from the start
Theres something not working at the moment igor. Can’t quite put my finger on it. Lawerance doesn’t look interested.
I am honestly struggling to find one decision of Rowett's that I am totally in agreement with.
The Huddlestone and Davis signings are his high points for me, and even those are dubious because of their ages and ability to move us on... Davis is better than we had but is Huddlestone? Does he improve us?
I like Rowett and I want it to work out for him at PP but it seems more unlikely with every passing match. Based on his transfer business so far, do I trust him to build again in summer...? The jury's out.
He’s got the Vydra to play better this season. Don’t know what’s happening Lawerance.
Time to throw caution to the wind.
Not for 2nd but to give ourselves a fighting chance of not further developing a fear that is evident that has set in.
The forest game I hope will be that trigger, the usual cliches, that form goes out the window in this fixture, the good thing for us is that we are more crap than them in the present, so might relieve the pressure.
Just got home. Few hours sleep then back up and off to work.
The game on Sunday will hopefully spark the end of season run in into action
How’s it looking down your end of the A52? Karanka has steadied the good ship NFFC up our end. Looking like a very evenly matched El Cloughico. 😎
It will be even game Will but we are over due a win and we haven’t beat anyone home and away yet this season. Sunday could be the day it changes
Will Scarlet,
We'll both have to wait and see. But you are right about Karanka. Congratulations and I'm glad! I would have hated to see you slide into Div 1. I agree it will be evenly matched.
As for this end - I think we will just about hang on to the play-offs. And then it's a lottery. We might just win it if we can pick our form up. But on current showing we are the weakest link in the top six.
But I'm hoping the stimulus of beating Trees away will kick start our return to form.
I would have posted earlier, but had to go and see my therapist after being traumatised watching Derby last night!
High points - Meeting Griff and his dad, top fellas and Palmers bit of magic to set-up Weiman.
Low points - how long have you got? Lawrence is a disaster and why GR subbed Palmer I'll never know, he was the only one on the pitch who looked like he'd seen a football before! Jerome is also a joke, at least Nugent was trying.
Hope you got home safe Griff, sorry I lost you after the turnstiles.

That's his army training; successfully managed to camouflage himself and get away.
As for the match.... It's just all so familiar, and all so depressing.
