De Kock is one of the nicest guys out there which is pretty hilarious and for Lyon to drop the ball on AB of all people after running him out is not on.

The SA batting line up is one of the weakest I have seen in a decade.
The best thing south Africa can do, is prepare a result wicket in the next game and make it a low scoring test.

Great first day for SA after Australia were 98-0. Still think they should have been restricted to less than 200.

Duncan I meant the results and one sided contests make the current Test series boring.All bowlers are boring unless there is a fast bowling spell bowled by either Dale Steyn or Shane Bond.

I am very impressed by Rabada. He is only 22 and has already been SA’s best bowler in the last 1-2 years. Him and Ngidi look very good prospects even after Steyn retire.

Will be a shame if Rabada gets banned for rest of the series. Don’t think what he did was as bad as is being made out in the media. Aus batting is very reliant on warner and Smith especially on pitches which are not flat. Sa should produce such wickets for the rest of the series, probably leave some grass as well and get philander in the mix.

I hardly find tests involving SA boring. They always find ways of winning, despite some of the senior pros struggling. Have to be the most exciting team out there. If only they were getting good pay deals like the big 3 we wouldn’t see many of there young talents being poached by t20 leagues and the English county cricket

Not really hes been on a warning already!. the Australians play silly little games to incite the atmosphere.Rabada shouldn't have gotten involved. Just do it on the pitch.

If you wanna beat Australia produce slow type of wickets and bowl stump to stump they struggle.. Same with their quick bowlers. they don't get the bounce back of a length

The wicket in the first two tests was seamer friendly.

What a let down by SA...from the position they were in to being almost all out in under 300. They'll be punished.

Kash first one was, second you could argue that only Rabada was as effective.

Already looks like Aussies are making 300odd look like 600 in this pitch. Australia without smith scoring are no better than a pretty mediocre team.

Always knew Steve Smith was a HOME track bully, awful technique in foreign conditions, won't be an all time great if he can't sort his flaws

Steve smith relies a lot on his hand eye coordination and his exaggerated movements on the crease will always be found out when facing fast bowlers. He has less time to react and a big candidate of lbw. Will be good to see how he comes back on the 2nd innings this match. For the standards he has set, SA will be pretty happy that they kept him quite this series
