For me it’s 70/30 in city’s favour. We have to be still in the tie going there.
Even a draw at anfield is not the end of the world.
That said I fancy city by 2 over the tie.
Porto, Maribor - who are they? Exactly!

The evidence so far is
Anfield
5-4
Etihad
5-0
Which does not look good for you

Thankfully our defence has improved since then.

Meh. He said look at the evidence.
That is City scoring 8 v Liverpool's 4 in the two games so far, and the chasm in points in the league.
On 'evidence' they have little chance.

City will win at Anfield and it'll be an anti climax from there
Can't believe GB managed to make a debate out of this. How gullible are these potatoes?

I would like to avoid defeat at Anfield just for pride but we'll probably lose at home then ironically manage a draw away.
If we don't lose the first leg, which is unlikely IMO, then we have a chance.
Why are Spurs fans commenting on an article about the champions league?
The s puds are just enjoying their moment in the sun.... where they still don't win any trophies
We were down to 10 men in the Etihad you clowns.

Because Spurs finished second last year, some 10 points plus ahead of "Mighty" Liverpool and were deservedly in the CL.
We face a side that was in the final of CL in the last three year TWICE and got knocked out in the last round. Is that a strange matter to find Spurs talk about CL?
We deserved to be in CL this year more than Liverpool.
Liverpool came into CL through the back door, like an uninvited guest
The fact they winged it with beating FC Maribor does not give them any CL credibility.

How is qualifying via the league coming through the back door?
You should still have won despite the opposition, considering the position you were in. But Juventus decided to turn up for three minutes and that was enough.
Hopefully Liverpool will knock out Man City.

Winning it gives us “CL credibility” (whatever that is). It’s ok though, Spurs got to the QF’s once you know

City better over 10 games
City are walking it over the season
City 8-4 over your two games.
You said look at the evidence, and City are better by any criteria I look at.

Bobby....not really a good reason though is it. City better than wigan.....who went through.
If it was as simple as "the better team" then cfc would never have a CL trophy: Leicester would never be PL champions....and wouldnt utd have beaten sevilla??
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The difference is the two legs though. If we played Wigan over two legs I’d no doubt we’d still be in the FA Cup.
In a one off game Liverpool can do anyone. But over two legs im just hoping we’ll have too much for you, with lessons learnt from our most recent meeting.
We need to score at least one at Anfield. And we need Kompany. Fine margins though, hopefully there’s no bad decisions ala Sterling’s offside, Skertels handball or Micah Richards sending off, I can’t help but feel there will be though!
grated....yeah its 2 legs, but your playing 2 legs vs Liverpool, we have a front three that are unlikely to go a game without scoring Vs team as open as City.
For me, and tbh i am probably the only one apart from maybe Klopp, but i think Liverpool are slight favourites. I think Anfield is the key and at home i make us favs Vs anyone.
Away to City, as i say....we can score. 55/45 to Liverpool but obviously u could see City going through as its so tight.
