Just play players in their natural position.

I like him and he can fill in where required, but CM? Really? As first choice?

posted on 31/3/18

He’s not even first choice in his bets position

Just give up

Take on the opposition players? Take out more like. 11 Berardi's would win the division though.

Goals would be hard to come by.

I just based my “logic” on these:
1) He is very competitive and tough enough to throw the opposition forwards off their play
2) Most of our current DMs are simply too weak
3) Dont expect him to score lots of goals ( both Batty and Vinnie did not score many goals) but more in stopping scoring opportunities for the oppositions
4)His knowledge of how our defensive play and set-up
5) His never “give up” attitute

Get Domenico Berardi from Italy, highly rated

I said this in November, got shot down. We then bought Forshaw so no need now imo.
Forshaw and Vieira are the two that should start every week

Vinnie had a very good goal scoring record for Leeds

Football changed, baradi should be nowhere near midfield

Apart from his commitment, he’s not actually all that good! His 2nd touch is a tackle and admittedly, without looking at his stats, his passing leaves a lot to be desired. A decent back up at right full back, but not even in the first eleven for me.

I agree with your logic...By the same logic I would like to see Grot moulded into a left back.

Dallas at right back, Ayling centre back, Alioski at left back, Berardi holding mid.
Though I am all for players being able to play in a number of positions we need to try to play people in their best ones.

Couldn't be worse than O'Kane mind.

Cooper is more confident on the ball and just as aggressive.

But he ain’t berardi so whereas he gets chastised for his red cards people love berardi as his red cards are a sign of his passion and it actually shows he is a tough tackler.

Hate that sort of double standard.

Agree totally matty

I think we may be glossing over Cooper's red for stamping on someone's head.

It was out of character, but you can't out that down to passion.

Rightly chastised IMO.

Agree with that Matty. People were joking about his red card against Bristol and some were praising him for it.

Berardi is a liability and has had a really poor season.

I don’t think he has had a poor season to be fair considering all that’s happened

He is a rightback who has been out first choice Leftback on and off for a year and a half now.

Think he has been messed around royally by the club.

If we actually went and got a leftback at the start of the season he would have been a solid option on the bench to cover both fullback roles and would have had a solid run at rightback after ayling got injured.

I like him as a player, but what I don’t like is how he gets away with stuff that other players, and by other players I mean cooper, wouldn’t in the eyes of some fans.

Matty I think there are a lot of double standards with our players, Berardi because he is liked is one, I've flagged up Saiz as another, undoubtedly able on the ball but seldom an end product and poor decision making, Ekuban is another player held in higher regard than others for no reason.
Many a case of if your face fits.

Cooper has turned into a headless chicken while Berardi has kept his cool

I wonder why you people are talking chit...Is it because Cooper is English?

Both have 2 red cards and berardi has the most recent.

But no he has kept his head and cooper hasn’perfect example above of what we are talking about, one rule for one and another for the other

Who is talking crap again?

posted on 1/4/18

Cooper has played miles better than baradi all season

Stop talking nonsense

Cooper had a good season. Been one of our better players.

Berardi has had a poor season. Yes he’s passionate but it leads to him being reckless as well at times.

Cooper has improved from last season without question.

Get Ayling back with hopefully a decent left back and our back four with Cooper and Pontus in there is decent.
