Jan for me, considering Toby has been out for 5 months, Eriksen & Kane have also been fantastic

in terms of consistency and importance Verts and Eriksen are now the top 2 imo. Very best this season.

Kane was probably the player of the first half of the season and Dembele arguably the best player of the last few months.

In order for me:

1) Vertonghen
2) Eriksen
3) Dembele
4) Kane
5) Son

Completely agree Phenom.

Yeah Flashy Son has been immense as well.

Phenom even more crazy that Kane gives August a slide as well

Son has also had a very good season.

I'd be happy to give it to Vert, given how well he's played and in Toby's absence.

Still a chunk of the season left to play with the cup semi to come. Eriksen or Kane could just as easily stake a claim.

I'd agree with this. Possibly swapping Dembele and Kane's position, but that's a close one to call.

Completely agree, if the season ended today, it would be Verts. My order would be
1) Verts
2) Eriksen
3) Dembele
4) Son
5) Kane

he needs to sort that out tbh... hes world class... but he doesn't turn up for the first month or so of the season.. and we always drop crucial points...

Yeah I believe Kane will hit the ground running next season.

can't just rely on his goals. Would say early season form can be affected by a not so fit Dembele too.

as much as i like Winks and hope he grows into a real player but a midfield of Dier and Winks early in the season isnt top 4 quality.

Doubtful. He’ll be shattered as will have to play every minute of every game for England at WC.

Feel bad on Winks. Had he stayed fit and getting some more games, in all likeliness (given the alternatives) he would've been on the plane to the World Cup. Gutting for him that he has to wait 4 years now.

this. he was very very good in the CL group stages. Suited him more than the physicality of the league

Sissoko may be the most improved player, by default. Anyone else was either great the season before, not as good this season, or too new to be a candidate.

I guess Winks is another but he hasn't played that much.
