It's also worth pointing out that Mangala hasn't played for months having had knee surgery.
If he's the kind of player your club thinks will see you trouble the top 6 then you're in for a big surprise.

Mangala will never play for a team that gets into the top 6
Well he won’t as long as we forget that he played 50 times for a Man City team that were in the top 4
And Albion have three Centre backs that are better than Mangala and I’m astonished they didn’t finish in the top 6 as a consequence

I wonder if Nuno could sort out Dom Iorfa ?
Mitrovic linked with us in Newcastle.

Don't normally get involved with all the rumours and paper talk as it bores me stiff but I have to admit that this kind of rumour tends to make me a bit stiff in another way. Would love to bag this boy!

It’s a nice rumour gem but it’s hitc who are just about the most unreliable source on the internet. Might get something right one day though

OK doing that in the geezer league Gem but could he do it the PL mmmmmmm, I reckon with our midfield maestroes setting him up, he may come close. The defending in the greed league aint all that either. Go Bas.

2m would be a fantastic deal, good luck to him but his time with us is certainly over
He did well for them when they won L1, played near enough every game too. I have a feeling if Villa don't go up that they may be interested. 2m is probably a fair price.

Mitrovic has done well at Fulham and is obviously too good for the Championship. When he has played at Premier League level, he has always looked a bit of a liability and has been very inconsistent.
The potential has always been there with him, but his temperament always seems to stop him reaching it. Would be a gamble, but he could be a very good player if his will is there and he gets the right coaching.

Yeah would certainly be a gamble given he does have an iffy temperament so it would depend on cost I guess but would say he is more equipped than Afobe to fit us if prices are similar.
Mitrovic has done well at Fulham but not sure he would ever set the Premier League alight. Surely better options out there
Squad game, we will need more than one striker, Mitrovic would be a potentially useful back up, plan B
Afobe is plan B.
