Spoke to my younger son traveling back from Bolton. He was so envious that I'd been watching Jamie O'Hara (not).
What a way to crown a wonderful season, dominance and pure class. So pleased for the 5k that got tickets, so gutted I wasn't one of them.
The notlobs have been laughing at us for 23 years, this goes some way to compensating for that. We've busted so many hoodoos this season, all that old shat about Bolton, Middlesbrough, Ipswich. Smashed it.
Well done gem and Oh so for propping up the thread again. I would have helped but I had to spend an afternoon watching Stafford town v Pershore Town π

Just catching up on the scores. Sunderland definitely down as Bolton and Burton still have to play each other, and one of them therefore will finish on over 40 points.
No surprise to see Ipswich imploding and the warnings of "careful what you wish for". Now where have I heard that before..?
"Jonas Knudsen was not happy with Ipswich Town fans’ treatment of Mick McCarthy and has warned supporters ‘to be careful what they wish for’ in the wake of his former manager’s departure."

Only this clown could try and disrupt a great day for us, celebrating promotion and being CHAMPIONS.
Who gives a flying feck about McCarthy or Ipswich anymore.
So when is the trophy being presented? Next home game presumably?
Remember at the start of the season we questioned if this side had goals in it and now we have 82
Everyone must be out celebrating, it's so quiet, apart from a bar that says "Filtered". It can only be Arsie, or one of the USA funny guys.
Just watched the Cardiff match. Impressed with Gunnarson, who I'd thought was just a long-throw expert. He played well, with one "sliderule" pass, and a good goal.

Yes i thought Cardiff were poor tonight but they got the job done as they have done all season. Cardiff have three games left. Tricky away games at Derby and Hull followed by a home game against Reading. If they win two of those they will finish second.
If they only get 4 points then Fulham will overtake them if they win at home to Sunderland and away at Birmingham

I was one of those. Remember saying that it was a big error getting rid of Bod and Dicko without replacing them. To be fair I still think had we an Afobe type in the stable to push Bonatini in August things would have gone even more smoothly.
I find myself in the odd position of actually quite liking Darren Moore, but of a lump ad a player but as a coach and a bloke he comes across really well.
Deserves a better gig than Sandwell town.
New manager bounce, good luck to him
Darren Moore is a decent guy but so many clubs have took an inexperienced manager on temporarily and decided to stick with them based on a few results, but it rarely works out in the long term
If they'd taken him on instead of Alan Parrtidge, they might still be in the top division.
Sorry lads been on the pizz all afternoon, but I see you’ve managed without me
Altogether now
Nuno had a dream, to build a football team
Chinese owners, and a wonder kid from Porto
With three at the back, and pace in attack
We’re Wolverhampton, we’re on our way back
Wolves scored 9 against Bolton this season. No team has scored that many against Bolton in a season since Arsenal in 1953.
