We needed two CB's anyway. Koscielny so far past his peak, even before the injury.

Money talks GT. Manalos has a clause in his contact for £32Mil. Zenit activated it last season but he rejected them at the last minutes.

Sell Mustafi for £25-30Mil get Manalos and then tempt Napoli with a £50Mil bid for Koulibaly.

Very early days for Mavropanos of course. But he looks so much calmer and more assertive than mustafi or koscielny. Wouldn’t expect that from a player of his experience and age. Same with chambers in recent game, but obviously he’s more experienced. Shows we really need a defensive refresh. Kos and mustafi just look a bag of nerves every time they played

P-19 W-15 D-2 L-2 at the Emirates this season.

Only City can better that tally if they don't lose their last home game.

Manolas was awful in the CL.

Wonder if we could maybe use Mustafi as part of a swap deal.

Whoever we get in as CB they have to have power, pace and height. None of this 5ft11 or 6ft0 rubbish. Needs to be 6ft 2 plus.
