In all seriousness, before you do that you need to sack and replace Conte, sort out the rumblings with Courtois and Hazard, and get Roman back in the country. When do Chelsea envisage leaving SB for wembley?

yeah would not be feasible, Most our fan base is South West/West/Surrey/Middlesex. Going to North London for 3/4 years. Count me out. It's all I've known, and I can't imagine going up to wembley on a wednesday in Jan for an Fa cup 3rd round against Luton.

The older I get the less I worry about top 4. CL is a lottery and although I love the big nights, we have not had the team capable of winning it for years now. You start a season playing for 4 trophies and that's what the record books will remember.

This is very true Nick. Nobody is going to look back at this year and remember that we didn't get top four. All that will be remembered is that we were the FA Cup Winners

Yeah I think this season could be a big season or both our clubs. My worry if I was spurs would be in 10 years if your sitting that wondering "what if" with this bunch of players you have.

I'd be more than happy now with chelsea starting from scratch, implementing youth and sorting out our stadium, because it would be on the back of several trophy wins.

Strange business this.

Spurs finished as Londons highest placed club and are the capitals only representatives in the cl.

When your Europa Cup campaign kicks in you might not feel like "top boys".

We threw away a place in the top 4, We should and will be back next season, Massive summer ahead.

There will be some big signings from our small Europa League club

I'll give you credit for trying but I'm not buying into that for a second. I know many Chelsea fans socially and much as winning the Cup pleased them the majority were livid at throwing away the cl place.

Livid with our poor season and league defence, of course. But we never threw away a CL place(well maybe conte's team selections did) But quite frankly we did not deserve a CL place on this seasons performance.

However I stick to my point that over the year's you remember the trophy wins. I also really like the Europa, so it's not the end of the world for me.

I do see your point Nick but I just get a feeling you would be saying the opposite if you made the CL and not won the article.
