I think you will win. But it will have to be by playing better. The colours or history won't help either side.

A Liverpool fan made an article stating that game against an aging Real side was the start of Liverpool’s European dominance with their youthful side. And it ended Reals dominance.

Difference is, Marcelo IS (or is meant to) a defender, If he goes missing halfway up the pitch it could be disastrous.

Agree, but on the flip side, if salah does not track marcelo and marcelo causes havoc down the other end, the same could apply.

How did you workout they were terrible in the league compared to liverpool

Because I've watched them

Can't see anything but a RM win,I think that maybe a couple of Liverpool players might well freeze,plus RM have a better all round team.

So we are going to disregard all stats and facts(also scored more goals than pool)just because you say you watched them?

Have you watched liverpool and RM in every game this year? Just saying. Even if you think they've been poorer than pool, you can't say they have been terrible in comparison.

Madrid will hope to just kill off liverpool early in midfield. Keep it away from Henderson or whoever plays in CM so you cannot feed the front three. However Modric and Kroos had a terrible time against Tottenham.

would use isco with modric, kroos style whilst elegant on the eye doesn't seem as comfortable when under pressure, the other 2 are much better in that situation

Reckon it will finish 6-5 to either team.

Both teams commended on how good they are, despite the pub team defending.

It's a 50/50 call, imo.

Madrid are stronger in midfield, have more individual quality and the experience of playing (and winning) these games, but are less organised and energetic.

Liverpool are more cohesive, press better, are more dynamic, and quicker up front, but the pressure of the occasion could get to them.

It could just as easily be a blowout on either side, or a very even game.
