I have no idea why a tattoo a grown man decides to have is anyone's business, unless it is racist, homophobic etc.

I also have no idea why a tattoo of an assault rifle would be a tribute to someone shot to death either, but maybe that is just me. I doubt the families of Peter Sutcliffe's victims rushed out to get tattoos of hammers

Sterling's been pretty clear that it's not a tribute to his dad, but no one wants to read what he says, rather people will prefer to believe the hearsay and gossip.

His defence is the biggest load of rubbish you are likely to hear

By that same token, the following should be held accountable for the undeniably related crimes:

Speeding/theft/joyriding/war - fast and furious franchise

Cheating/victory by any means - the whacky races (Darstadly and Mutley)

Theft - Ocean’s eleven

The hara-kiri over all of this is ridiculous. I don't like the manner in which Sterling left our club but the media vilification he gets is absolutely ridiculous. The lad is 23 and should be allowed to get on with his football.

Also, he should be allowed to get a tattoo of whatever the faaack he wants - it's a free country is it not. The s*n are an absolute disgrace but we knew that already.
