Brazil and their current crop don't have the cajones as shown in their complete and total humiliation on home soil.

Hardly any of the players in that 7-1 are "the current crop".
It was 4 years ago....
Brazil fell apart in 2014 partly because of the loss of Neymar and partly because of a lack of balance in their side when opposing teams pressed their midfield.
They don't have such issues now. Much more of a stable balanced team and more able to cope without Neymar.
Plus Thiago Silva was banned.

Yep, and that. Since then Casemiro has emerged and Marcelo is probably the best LB in the world. They've got two top class keepers. Gabriel Jesus is also a class act & Coutinho should get a decent amount of games.
Now just to get over the hurdle of being ultimate chokers in European World Cups.

They have the most balanced team at the tournament, with top players in every position. Virtually the entire squad plays in Europe these days so I think old never win in Europe rule will go.
There is no better squad at this tournament and they have a route that Mr Magoo could operate

Germany have keeper issues, Neuer has barely played this season and the back up keepers are Karius level. They also have a far weaker attack than Brazil.
