The dutch know a thing or two about football. The american probably thought yesterday was an NFL game

How come no English refs made it? I know they're hopeless a lot of the time but I don't get how refs from Africa and Asia made the cut or is it an anti English thing again like the VAR refs

England only submitted one ref for consideration.
He quit to go to Saudi Arabia. Therefore there were no english refs to choose from.
