Why is that so funny?
It's not like it's an awful midfield. In fact it gas the potential to be a superb midfield and the best in the league. You'd have to at this stage say the city midfield simply because it dominated the vast majority of games last season. Chelsea one is ridiculous as 2 of the players they haven't even bought yet

It is really hard to say, as it assumes these new players are all going to perform.

As it stands, City with nobody else close

City need to find replacements for Fernandinho and Silva

Not a million miles from city but yes I admit city us the best. I'd say as it stands ours is the 2nd best. I have a feeling Fernandinho and Silva will find it harder this year

Well I've seen you complain about Utd and indeed Matic and Pogba (fairly I may add) and I'm going to guess you've not seen much of Fred so you must be expecting big things from him but....

Fernandinho is better than Matic
Silva I've little doubt is better than Fred (although Fred plays a different role)
De Bruyne is literally twice as good as Pogba

So City's is better in every department. Not sure how you work out that Utd's has the potential to be the best. I'd put Spurs over Utds in some ways with regards to potential.

You've hardly seen me complain about pogba. I think the lad is quality
Matic I have complained about as I think we should gave gone fir younger but he is still a good player. As for saying De bruyne is twice as good as Pogba well that is absolute bollox. And the reason for me saying that they have the potential is because silva and Fernandinho are well into their 30s now and aren't going to get any better
Plus I'd only take Eriksen from Spurs. Pogba is better than Ali and Matic is better than Dier

I don't think it is absolute bollox at all. De Bruyne does it week in week out and is a huge influence on games 9 times out of 10. Pogba, not so much.

We had big problems in CM last season and haven't strengthened

United had big problems in CM last season and dont see fred making a huge difference
