BPF is playing as a CB tonight? Love this Bielsa stuff
Possible commentary on Radio Oxford, if the stream it on the net.

Maybe it’s is holding them to a draw ?
Just asking

I'd take a point against them given our top scorer is a full back
Another experimental line up with Leeds United securing another win.
Roberts to grab his first goal for Leeds. If he plays....

Squad:
Blackman, Huffer, Roberts, Ideguchi, Vieira, Baker, Dalby, Klich, Diaz, Pearce, Clarke, Rey, Edmondson, Shackleton, Stevens.
This may not be pretty, given that squad!
Team:
Huffer, Shackleton, Diaz, Rey, Pearce, Vieira, Ideguchi, Baker, Klich, Clarke, Dalby.
Subs: Roberts, Blackman, Edmondson, Stevens.
I really hope MB knows what he's doing.
Why cant the reserve team play Guisley instead of tonight? or are they for the first team to trounce to get our confidence up?
He's certainly trying out as many permutations as possible. Makes sense provided he plays his strongest hand before the Stoke game.
Well this tells us so much about Bielsa plans at present.
This is clearly the substitutes/u23s lining up with the first team used for the Spanish game.
That means Baker does not look like making an immediate impact and Phillips rated above Vieira.
De Bock and Dallas look like challenging for left back with Pearce back in the u23s.
Klich / Ideguchi bench players
Again no idea where Sacko or Ekuban are. Surely they should at least be maintaining their fitness ahead of a move somewhere else unless they are unjured. Frustratingly the fans are told nothing.
Ekuban and Sacko are worth keeping, I think Bielsa could get more out of them. They both have pace and without them we have none at all
So why are they not involved even in the minor friendlies. No indication that they are injured. Sacko said he was looking forwards to returning to pre season training
I'm not it tells us much at all.
For me Sakco has had his day here but Ekuban I would give him another season
I’d be amazed if any of tonight’s side starts against stoke (unless we have injuries)

Pearce, Vieira, Baker and Klich probably have a chance of making it.
I just feel the way the sides have been picked to looks nailed on who he sees as starters and who he does not.
Las Palmas will be the indicator of that.
