Willian Morata and a young kid as your front 3? Nahhh i can't see that happening. Surely you're going to buy a number 9? Higuain was obviously a target and Morata has changed shirt numbers today.

Besides, no way Pedro is starting over Willian.
And yes, Hazard can play comfortably as a No.10

Not enough goals in that front 3 even if you switch Pedro n Willian.

Chelsea have to buy a goalscorer or you will definitely not trouble the top 3.

this is spot on, been saying it all summer.

Floorata is not worth the risk, I honestly can't see an improvement this season coming when he clearly does not want to be here

That formation is a 433 variant.
Either one holding player, or two, spearheaded by an attacking mid.
CHO has shown so much in preseason, and if he continues to impress, especially in the community shield, then I see no reason why Sarri won't accommodate him in the starting X1

Willian would fit that position better than Hazard. Hazard is an attacker in the final third

Sarri likes a midfield trio:

Jorginho as the base
Kante as the box to box
3rd CM as one that can offer a goal threat

At Napoli it was:
Jorginho
Allan
Hamsik

No Firmino?! He's much better than Morata

If CHO could play RW, then he could potentially take Willian's place.
Unfortunately, he plays the LW which is where Hazard plats too.
So what gives?

Sarri is 4312 & 433. Switched to latter formation when former wasn't working.

Unless so...
Would be nice to throw him of he performs well both in training sessions and the forth coming CS against City.
It will only make him get better and have more confidence.

Hazard got 12 league goals last year, might have been 11.. that's not enough

Willian and Pedro can't have scored many as I can't remember them playing a lot

Morata is a waste of time, he probably scored the same as Hazard or maybe lower.. can't remember but he didn't stand up when it was needed

Even missed Luiz and Cahill chipping in 5 or 6 they usually seem to get a season

Rudiger is growin on me though, not enough goals but hes a defender.. I'm just putting in players who play week in week out.

the main culprits are Hazard, Willian, pedro, Crapayoko and Floorata... Bats was mistreated and I'm keen to see how Giroud gets on as I think we played better as a team when he was playing.

Agree with you.

Either Giroud or Bats will leave in the window, could possibly be both if we sign a striker.

But looking at the current market, not sure which striker is currently available/affordable.

I see Morata's changed his shirt to Number 29 (how many 1 v 1s he missed last season) hope it brings him more luck.
