Well done on staying up!

For me, the Baggies should have too much for Bolton. And I can't see anything other than a fairly comforable home win.

Don't think WBA will be going back up though. Not unless the big chap can hang onto the likes of Chadli, Rodriguez, Philips and a few others.

Time'll tell...

My prediction to go up. Stoke, wba, Middlesbrough. Derby been knocking on the door for years and good start last night so the dark horse.

After a security leak at the lab PP's plans to batten down the hatches are published in the Bolton comic.
Get this one out of the way and in six weeks time we'll see what we have.

Hope to see a better showing from the Trotters this season. PP has dug up a few diamonds amongst his transfer business, I reckon. Hope Hobbs does really well up there. He was so unlucky at Forest. He deserves a break as he was a proper footballer. Could be one of the steals of the summer if it works out.

I think the best we, (Bolton), can hope for is to catch West Brom out cold at the start of the Championship campaign and scab a 1-0 or something.

However, records since a win in 2000 are not encouraging, (d5 l2).

For West Brom fans a little statistic - 3 out of the last 5 teams playing Bolton at the start of the season have gone on to been promoted.

I dont think you know what "dark horse" means. Ipswich would be one as would Rotherham or Brentford, not bloody Derby who are up there each season it seems.

I have an open mind regarding today's game. That is until we get past 3:00 pm. But who knows strange things sometimes happen.

A late ringer to add to the squad. Gary O'Neil signed until January.

Not expecting anything myself after a season of just one away win against a side that was in the premier league last season. What i am looking for is to be competitive and no more no shows like the disgraceful performances against derby and Burton late last season.

Not match fit and he doesn't know everybody yet Benny remember we have to wait six weeks from today before our pre season ends and all players be up to speed before we move on to passing to team mates.

All home teams scoring first. I hope that isn't an omen.
