Him and Windass need to go. Not good enough and so frustrating for different reasons.

The weird thing is that he totally wasn’t during the first half of last season.

Don’t know what’s happened to him.

Could be a tremendous asset fo us if he gets the head down and stops the stupidity.

From fantastic controlled aggression on Thursday to childlike petulance today

He needs to learn quickly

confidence - He has so much about him but unless he can take his chances in big games then whats the point

some of his misses against Celtic last year were absolutely criminal

posted on 5/8/18

CT👍 fair point, some of the misses were Sunday pub league standard, Imo there is absolutely a player there, it might be a confidence thing, he's quite young though is he not?

He is either a busted flush or will come good, time will tell👍

Tornado

He hasn't been sent off before no, but he has lashed out before and got away with it.

He has also been subbed off before getting a red because of he's a wee hot head

He was booked more than any other player in our team last season

Stevie, it's galling when you know theres a player there but petulance stops them fulfilling their potential, sure he's still young though?

He’s been great up to today but has f@cked up badly.

I completely agree he’s a liability and urgently needs to sort out that petulant and nasty streak he has.

I’m sure Gerrard will get the message across and be able to teach Morelos how to control his aggression.

SG now has a big decision on whether to play him on Thursday or drop him.

before today he was showing signs of becoming a pest that was in control but he took a big step back today. If he can be like he was v Osijek then its fine. But he cant lash out as it gives a chance to take him out the game

i do think you can affect his temperament and game by noising him up , and i guess thats why he has been targetted today

it should be something that you can cut out his game though , perhaps this sending off will actually help in that ?

I saw him in an OF game and was impressed, he rattled the DCs and looked dangerous, at some point in the second half he seemed tae tale the huff about something and was WAY less effective?

Even if he gets away with it from the ref other players will see he’s losing it and keep going at him.

Let’s face it it’s been on the cards for long enough

That’s exactly what I think. It’s unfortunate that it’s came to a head in this way but it could be a catalyst for his improvement

agreed. there have been times hes been close to this but its been let go. As Stevie says stick it in the net and shut them up.

He has been far less unselfish lately, trying to set others up and play it across the box rather than shoot from stupid angles like he has done before

He is also a wee pest that defenders struggle to deal with at times, and he works hard for the team to give us an out ball

However, I reckon big Sadiq will be a handful for defenders too and doesn't look scared to put himself about either.....so if he can do the same as Morelos and doesnt lose the rag as easily, he'd be my starting pick

Just wish Morelos would screw the nut tho, it's frustrating

Losing the late goal made things harder to take today as well...bastirts

Stevie, I avoided the back and forth today just because imo there is fck all worse than losing a goal like that, at a time like that after playing quite well, like a boot in the baws👍

I still think it wasn’t a harsh decision. Another ref May have took him aside and warned him, but Morelos still did what he did and made the ref make a decision

In other news I see Barisic is hoping for a move to Rangers. If we were to get him it would spell the end for either Wallace or John.

He was by far their best player and their captain so I’d definitely be in favour of it

posted on 5/8/18

We simply cannot have a player in our ranks that constantly risks getting a red card coz he can't keep a lid on it

How many red cards has he had ?

posted on 5/8/18

He’s only had one but he’s been very lucky
