It is possibly for racism to occur to one member of an ethnic group and not all. This really shouldn't have to be explained.

Until sterling has effigies of him burnt in the street because of a press campaign please save me the racism nonsense

I think its more because he is a forward who relies on supply and England aren't a very good team and Southgate wasn't a very good manager.

Is he targeted though,or is it that certain people with certain agendas jump on any criticism that is directed towards Sterling

And the topic is not 'Why is sterling mistreated by the media'. The topic concerns media racism towards sterling. So I don't see the relevance really.
