you're car?

Your car
I’m not sure/aware of any, but if you’re caught drink driving in a car with 5 passengers as opposed to by yourself you’ll probably get a harsher punishment in a court of law, which is why I said legally.

What about the passengers decision to get into a car with some one you know has had a drink?
You're onto a hiding to nothing with your flawed logic!
All I’ve said is a crime of drunk driving would probably get a harsher punishment in a court of law if the driver had taken passengers in the car with him..and in my opinion it’s also worse ethically for a drunk driver to do that (take passengers with him vs on his own). You disagree with that?
The passenger’s decision to join them is iffy on ethical side but obviously not a crime.

If that's your opinion then that's fair enough but we've already established that there's no law that in the land about a driver who's had a drink, taking a passenger into a car.
Ethically it's no worse than, as you say, a passenger making a conscious decision to to get into the car of a DD!
Law isn't based on ethics!

If Tottenham don't strip Hugo of his captaincy for this, I'll be hugely surprised and disappointed.
Chelsea gave Alonso a contract.
Levels.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Spurs not so classy afterall then flashy.
Hugo Lloris has just made his way on to the pitch at Old Trafford, to the applause of the Spurs fans that are already in the ground.
He looks as if he may have a tear in his eye as the away end show their support for the France keeper after he was charged with drink-driving last week.
----------------------------------
This is why point scoring on non footy matters is ridiculous
Brummie, while there may not be an exact law on taking a passenger it will have an affect on the outcome of a judges sentencing/juries decision making as circumstance plays a part.
