Just back from PP

We controlled the game without being too spectacular. One shot on target, one goal in the first half.

Cracking header from Keogh to make it 2. Poor ref.

Any questions?

I see that a Bogle has just been substituted for Brum.

Related to our Bogle, or just how many Bogles can there be?

Brum 0-2 up incidentally......

Surely not, weren’t they supposed to be promoted by now.

You've been released Spart. Will you be deported?

Anyway, enjoy your freedom while it lasts, and try to refrain from assaulting elderly do-gooders........

So the dogs draw but it’s not enough to knock us out of the play off places. It’s been a while since we were ahead of them so early in the season. They did beat Brum 60/40 though so by right they should be top.

I thought Bogle was excellent for us especially going forward. Look of a Sessingnon about him or a young Thierry Henry. Shame he got injured but Wisdom whilst not being as dynamic going forward was pretty solid at right back.
Can anyone explain the Ledley substitution to me. I think it was the right move to take him off but surely it should of been at half time and not 1 minute after the restart.
The fans listened to frank and where supportive to the point of vigorously applauding passes back to the keeper. I kid you not.
Great atmosphere of togetherness a PP today.

Enjoyed today's game. Starting to think we are growing into the revised style of play. More solid at the back. Scoring 2 a game. Progression .... onwards and upwards

Rameses,
2 knocks in the first half apparently, one on his hip.
Gave him a few mins in the 2nd to see how it went.
Ended up being a good tactical sub ?

Cheers Ang that’s cleared that up.
It’s not Ledleys fault I don’t think he’s the right bloke for the system. Huddz or Thorne will give us something extra but in the mean time Johnno is a better option than Ledley. He certainly put himself about a bit when he came on. No complaints.

Again, we looked fitter than the opposition towards the end.

This fitness thing, is it relate to the plethora of injuries we seem to be sustaining?

Who knows View but it is concerning that we have so many.
I wonder if we’ll see Thorne against Hull in the cup now we have two DMs injured. He played last night for the U23s. It will give a Huddz another week to be fit for the Hull league game.

I thought were just 'ok' today. Poor first half. Thankfully they weren't great either. Not as bad as Ipswich though.

Stating the obvious - when it appears we come up against quality opposition (Leeds|) we are going to struggle/get battered. We needed to play the like of the last 2, particularly at home.

I hope these two games can see us build some confidence, we are still gelling, hopefully.

I thought BJ did well when he came on, gave us some much needed bite in MF.

Ang, you said Andy Weimann was playing no.10, but he clearly had a no. 14 on his shirt (today at least)?

Colin Murray is on good form on Quest. He just said:

"Forest up to 13th after the draw with Birmingham.."

Funny description of up, as they were 10th before the start of this weekends games.

That's clearly where we went wrong.
Whose idea was it to give him No.19 ?
I blame Paul Clement
