There was actually a very decent Leeds poster on the match thread after the Leeds game, can't remember who it was now. I think all Derby fans were of the opinion that Leeds outplayed Derby that day and fully deserved to win the game. Before the season quite a few Derby fans on here, including you Spart, were very dubious about Leeds being mentioned as possible promotion contenders this season. I thought they might challenge for playoffs but have been surprised how well they have started. We'll have to see if it lasts. Both clubs have a fair bit to be positive about at the moment.

How pompus
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Needless to say Kamara the decent Leeds poster wasn't you. In fact most of the Leeds fans tried to distance themselves from you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There is irony in your reply but not intelligence you think you exude in your posts
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You appear to be deluded that you are above average intelligence. No irony in my post, just a statement of fact. I sincerely hope for your parent's sake that you were not an only child.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nah, I'm not as witty, intelligent, articulate or as good looking as you Shaun.
Spart, have a look at how Kamara describes himself on his aptly-titled "member page". What a prize asset he is.
You look like a man who takes himself too seriously Do you want my opinion? You need to lighten up

Oh shut up you tart
Genuine question how many Leeds fans had heard of Bielsa before he joined you guys?
Not sure it was a 4-1 game but 3-1 was fair enough.
We couldn't handle the physicality, you had a settled, well drilled side, we didn't. We weren't used to the 3-3-1-3 in attack Bielsa plays and with Ayling in particular playing so high Tomori and Lowe didn't have a clue who to mark. Technically we were soundly slapped about and it was a good learning experience for Frank. In terms of quality though apart from Saiz I wasn't left wishing for many of your players.
If we'd had a playmaker available to anchor the bottom of our midfield 3 we would have been able to play out better than we did. Had we matched your full backs for advanced positioning and tried a bit more laaaaang ball here and there, plus taken one of the several decent chances we created against you it would have been a bit more of a game.
Frank got out coached by one of the best in the world, he should be a top 6 coach the fact he is at Leeds is one of those cruel twists of fate I guess.
Whether Marcelo can hack Leeds for a full season though before doing one of his walkouts might be more of a test. Teams will also try and work out how to play you better, we fell into your trap. How you play the hoof of Middlesborough will be a fascinating game.
Enjoy Bielsa time though.
Things aren't too bad here, we have players coming back from injury particularly footballers that might allow us to build up better from the back, our one touch attacking game is showing signs of progress, as is Mason Mount. Our new signings are getting up to the speed Lamps wants them to be at. Still a long way to go, our full backs are often caught halfway between Bielsa and Gary Rowett, Bryson is unsure where to be, oft caught between Pirlo and Iniesta, we give the ball away way to much and struggle against high pressing teams. There is potential though and green shoots are a growing.
To me no, he is very or was inconspicuous, but there are a few who are anal & were aware of him but never ever in our wildest dreams did we ever think he would be sat on a bucket @ ER.
Wellies I wish you guys luck, has been good winding your minions up though
Fat Frank has a sound football brain BUT is a huge risk on your behalf. Saiz flatter to deceive, he often delays the pass too often & the chance is gone. The whole team is getting schooled by a great coach & are all improving all the time. Whether it will be sustainable in another thing.
Appreciate the honesty Kamara. I confess I fell for him after watching Chile.
I actually thought Frantic would explode or implode. We seem mid table bound currently, so shows what I know, able to beat lesser teams but coming up short against the top sides. I do see a lot of potential for us though. If we can sort our MF balance out.
Do you have money to spend?
2W, as I mentioned at the weekend, after watching Middlesbrough vs west brom, I couldn't see any reason why we shouldn't be able to beat either one of those teams.

Not really, AR wants up to be run as self sufficient
I have always been a fan of Fat Frank ( call him that cos all my Chelsea fan mates have always called him that & it's stuck ) my kinda player box to box, aggressive & understands the game. Did make me smile though when the camera panned to him against us he looked SH!T scared. But I'm sure he will be ok, wish him all the best. My old man was a Derby fan.
Wellies anything can happen in this league, we are all worried we will not keep up the full on pressing game we have adopted, if the lads can keep going. We are playing some great stuff so far removed from this time last year when we were in the same position. Fingers crossed BUT as us Leeds fans all knows too well it can go wrong so easily, we have seen it all over the last 14 years
Know the feeling Kamara
Harper I agree it's just the tactical battle between Pulis and Bielsa that interests me.
High pressing vs Pulis ball. Genuinely interested to see how a Bielsa team fares against one of the best route one mangers in the modern game. I'm surprised with the high pressing fashion of Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs etc. teams with lesser money haven't tried the hoof as a less risky way to counter this game. I think was it Watford that beat Liverpool last year playing this way?
I'm not a big fan of hoof but being pragmatic.

What did he do to upset you?
2W, to be fair, which I also commented on at the time, there was very little pulis ball on display in that match. Boro were knocking it about nicely in the middle and to the wings but there was very little bite at the end of it.
I think Pulis and Allardyce haven't been afraid to pass the ball it's more the hoof into the final third, knock down and then play. With Pulis it seems to be hoof, knock down, pass to the wings and then pepper the ball into the box.

Sorry Igor.
How would you rate Igor's early season form?
1 star = Our defending of Millwall's first goal against us.
2 star = Mason Mount level.
5 star = Waghorn's chip over the Hull keeper level.
Sorry meant to be 3 star = Mason Mount level, steady but showing promising signs.
Moving away from Igor slightly though is this a good time to debate Patrick Bamford's cameo against us?
It was comically bad bordering tragic. He seemed to come on, run very hard for him, nowhere in particular and give away fouls in a rich boy wanting to be Vinnie Jones kinda way.
If it was a Derby vs Forest game 0-0 and Forest needed to break up play against us and Patrick Bamford had strength I could see the logic in this but not sure winning 4-1 against us, this was the time or place for Paddy tries to be a bad boy.
Has he played better since? I always thought he looked quite good in a black and white shirt not sure why his career hasn't really lived up to the early promise.
