Going by your opening paragraph, does that mean we were by far the better side last season then!?

Neither team has clicked into top gear yet and both have the main striker misfiring which is why I'd rest Kane and bring back Son. It's too difficult to predict a winner but overall I'd give Liverpool the edge.
3/4 under 24.
Van Dijk - 27
Robertson - 24

I reckon 2-2.
Tight possession game with mistakes being made in both defences.
Salah and Kane won't be on the scoresheets. Goals to come from set pieces.
It'll be a tough game, Liverpool although not at their best do look good so far in the season. Hard game to call but just feel that salah/mane will be able to exploit the spaces better this game. Both teams will score I just hope we manage to score more than them

But we can narrow that defeat down to Lovren being a double agent.

Get with the times, bro.
I think this will be a true indication of who's the better side. At a neutral ground, no holds barred match.
______
A neutral ground? so we are getting half the capacity allocated?
Also its will never be a good indication since both teams are just back from international interruption with Liverpool having the worst and Spurs second best amongst the top 6 https://www.skysports.com/football/news/12038/11495158/martin-tylers-stats-which-premier-league-side-is-best-after-internationals Factor in Liverpool won 2 of 8 lunchtime kick offs last season.

Goes to show who's the bigger club
I'll be happy with a draw but think we will be beaten. Not because i think Spurs are better or we are worse, just because history proves we don't perform so well after breaks or at lunchtime, expect a frustrating game from our point of view, even more so as although we've won the first 4 we have not played well at all.
Then again we will see if we have learnt and improved and if Klopp can get them fired up and on it.
