Rangers supporters either out celebrating/comiserating having booze after game at the same time as celtic supporters having a few scoops before the game in the same area.
No chance of any trouble going on there then

both games at 3pm one on Sat and one on Sun simple, dunno why they try to over complicate it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Both will be live on BT Sports, so a 3pm KO on Saturday is not an option
aberdeen fans will need to travel early doors sunday morning and celtic, hearts fans have to try and get home from hampden on a sunday night maybe after ten if it goes to extra time
comfortable twelve oclock kick off for the gers is the sensible choice although i think they should have made celtic play on the saturday

Ridiculous decision.
Firstly.. Aberdeen fans shafted again with the KO time.
Then there's the issue of potentially having 4 sets of fans in Glasgow on the day, with bitter rivalries involved.
Then there's the issue of turning the stadium over for the second game.. getting the pitch ready, rubbish cleared up, food n drink restocked etc. All in a matter of hours.
Has this all been cleared with the police, aye?
The pitch will be bogging come the second game 👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not perfect but then what would have been?
Glasgow teams go to Aberdeen for early Sunday KO all the time so no issue with that.
The games are 5 hours apart so most will not cross paths.
The pitch will be ok Im sure.
My only annoyance would be we are on first and its a rush to get a pint
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The fans will cross paths in the city centre, pubs and central. It could be that gers lose and the rangers fans will defo have an audience of celtic fans with a drink in them no dough bt to mock us... Just how well will that turnout! It's insane

So 4 sets of fans in the one area of glasgow for the day, splendid. Powers that be have clearly not seen The Great Escape recently, putting “all your rotten eggs in one basket” doesn’t work!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
leave house 10.30
Pint in town 11.00
to the ground for KO
Doubt any Celtic or Hearts fans will be about.
2pm game over train to town then back to local for 3pm.
This is still nearly 5 hours before the second game FFS.
Cant see much cross over if any.

You underestimate the fannnies from the various supports?
Nobody will be out looking for trouble 6 hours before the game. They will however be out getting in pre-drinks and food etc with friends.. making a day of it as fans do.
Gers fans will undoubtedly be about the town after the game, especially if they win.
Guaranteed each sets of fans cross paths, both with a drink in them. That's all it takes.
the games KO near 8 hours apart FFS
Semi Final day, Aberdeen v Rangers has a possibility of finishing at 2.30 taking in ET and Pens if needed, would be about the same time Hearts fans arrive for pre match drinks and Celtic fans will be out an about as well
I mean first of all you’ve got Aberdeen fans crossing with hearts fans at train stations. On top of that you’ll have Celtic fans boozing in pubs in town all day, getting there early for the first game on the telly and drinking on. You’ll have rangers fans doing the opposite. And presumably there’s bars the different fans like to frequent nearby on game day? Crossover at those points?
And it doesn't necessarily have to be 6 hours before the game.. even 4 hours is 3.45.
That's only a couple hours after the first game.
Still doesn't get away from the fact the stadium staff have twice the work to do, twice the turnover etc.
And the pitch is renowned for cutting up, no chance it'll be playing well come the second game. Especially if it's raining.

Im aware but we cant run the world based on what some phannie might do.
Might as well shut the world if that was the case.
If Hearts or Celtic fans are around the city at 2 pm when our game finishes that would be the same as wondering about at 9am before a 3 pm KO.
If folk are that mental then noting will stop them anyway.

Not if game goes to extra time.. Its very possible that fans from first game won't be getting into central till about 3/half 3, if they stay in town for a drink for even just an hour they will defo be a mix as celtic fans get ready for their game.
