when i saw him at newcastle i thought he was very direct, strong and capable of a powerful defence splitting run. I thought he signing, at the time, wasnt the worst thing ever as i thought he would add a lot more with his different style than he has done.

i dont know whether he has tried to adapt his game ?

He is a good player in a team that counters and doesn't dominate the ball. Unfortunately we aren't that team which is why he is useless for us - I actually think he would be OK in a Mourinho side.

remember his first season with us he put in a really good shift vs man city at home.

Sissoko is an athlete. At Spurs we play football - you need to have the basic confidence to trap the ball and look up before making a somewhat useful pass.
