Halfy is neither bald or fat ! My personal trainer tells me I’m in exceptional condition....but that maybe because she’s on the payroll however, I play football every weekend (injury permitting) and run twice a week as well few 3x1 min round on the kick bag in between ! My calorific intake is also closely monitored so that the waistline isn’t bulging either !

Don’t think I will play football this season. Injured my back and trapped my sciatic nerve playing cricket this summer. Haven’t been able to recover still so trying to focus on being fit again for cricket season.
