I think they are a club in decline just as Wolves were. Aging squad, aging stadium, poor manager, unambitious owner and a disillusioned fan base. As Wolves proved, it has to get worse before it can get better.
They will be back and in among it but right now they are light years behind us and it will take many, many seasons for them to catch up, if they ever do.

I agree with Gem. The big difference is that we were a sleeping giant with a huge fan base and proud history, and Albion were a pig wearing lipstick during their brief stay in the top flight.
