The team is just crying out for a striker who puts the ball in the back of the net.
I reckon so many problems would be resolved with that 1 key signing up front.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Absolutely. It makes all the difference in the world. We might have been 3-0 up in that first 20 minutes with a clinical striker up front.
It also makes such a big difference in really tight games or games where you're under the cosh. We should have signed Aubameyang when we had the chance.
Keep an eye on Pukki though. He'll get snapped up next summer. Maybe even by us.

Puķki - he makes a mean steak and kidney pie as well!!!
Pukki will be 30 next summer, probably not the age we should be looking at.
But yes, impressive start to the season. Definitely one to keep an eye on.
Yeah just crying out for an Aubameyang/Lacazette in our side, makes all the difference in the world knowing you have someone that can stick it in the back of the net.
In the window when Arsenal bought Aubameyang we were being linked with Ashley Barnes, Peter Crouch and Andy Carroll.
Says it all really and the club only has itself to blame for being in this position. Sadly our current manager has to bear the brunt of those types of decisions even though he wasn't even here at the time.
Yeah some of the players we were linked with were ridiculous.
Ashley Barnes is looking like an upgrade on what we have here, with 3 goals in 2 games to start the season.
Do you think Michy deserves a chance to show what he can do, otherwise I don't see the point keeping him here if he's not even making the matchday squad
Yeah I really didn't get that transfer window. Made absolutely no sense.
Yeah I definitely do think that Michy deserves a chance although he yet might leave with other transfer windows still open.
past beef with jumbo brum?
He's a feckin clown who doesn't like being proven wrong or disagreed with!
Just look at his comments about Jorginho.
Proper insulted me on that thread (along with Mons and Cmf) from 4 years ago - who looks the idiot now!
He even thinks he knows which games I've been to!!
I guess leopards dont change their spots Look at NPE, no matter how many times he comes back with a new personality, it only takes a few days before he's crying about someone
I gave up trying to have a logical interaction with him ages ago!

TBH I never drink that much in the ground, I'll do most my supping at places like Simmons or down Clapham Junction then have maybe one to let the crowds disperse after the game bofore slipping and proceeding to another watering hole!
The Singha is goddam awful there anyway!
