I think Cash will start. He is the type of player they need to help pick up the pace. Osborn May start in midfield as he is the busy beaver in midfield that helps link things up. Is far more effective there than left back.

There were rumours that the Ansifarad deal might get done in time to get a place on the bench tomorrow. I don’t think that is likely. Would be a nice addition with forward options a bit limited.

Had a lucky 2-1 win against the Blades last season at the CG. Can lightning strike twice and help everyone de-stress a bit after the Burton defeat?

As the season rolls on our lack of a proper strike force could be telling, Soudani looks like a crock and Murphy flatters to deceive, before going missing.

Chris Wilder subs both his strikers before the end, I presume this is to keep them fresh. Grabban doesn't have a replacement, unless Murphy has got his act together.

I think the back five picks itself. Defensive midfield is Guedioura and one other. Colback banned, so Osborn, Yacob, Yates, Bridcutt or Watson will be the other. Personally I'd sooner play with one DM in a 4-1-4-1. AK's three AM will be selected from Cash, Dias, Carvalho, Lolley, Osborn. I think AK will pick a very lightweight Dias, Carvalho, and Lolley. Grabban is the only forward option; maybe Murphy off the bench.

I'm not looking forward to this one. SU full of it at the moment and we are struggling just a bit for form and confidence. It could be a lethargic performance, defeat and a bad negative crowd reaction. Then again we are playing the top team which usually brings out the best in Forest.

Hopefully the players will want to react to the negative reaction to the Burton performance and will come out all guns blazing. Karanka has called for a fast start as he recognises that crowd may be a little harder to win over than previous home games.

Certainly can’t afford to let an early goal in, especially like they did last season against the Blades. That would really turn the screw.

I have faith that the players are going to show a bit of spirit today. Just hope they are given a positive formation to play in.

We have the ability, but Burton showed we sometimes lack desire and the will to win both individually and collectively. And it wasn't the first time it has cost us this season. Colback usually brings those qualities onto the pitch.

Here we are, playing top again for what is it, third time in the last month?

After this we would have played all the top nine bar derby, and hopefully would have only lost to Norwich out of those. I know as fans we get riled up, but being objective, to be around 7th before going into a run of games that include Preston, hull, and ipswitch.

I think it will lift the crowd if Ansifarad is on the bench today. A bit of an unknown quantity will give the place a buzz. He has been in Nottingham for weeks getting settled in apparently so could be readier than anticipated.

If things run to plan he will play 60 minutes and then get subbed for Osborn I expect.

A lot of talk on the radio of neither Yacob or Tachtsidis being match fit. If we can dominate midfield and they play with a back 3... there will be space to play the ball out wide?
