Where was Ballegue when Tottenham beat Real Madrid last season in Champions League at Wembley and Chelsea humiliated Barcelona in 2011-2012 season when Chelsea progressed to the final of UEFA Champions League.

Yeah the hype around this result is embarrassing;
1) Barca were already through
2) It was a reserve team
3) Inter couldn't even beat PSV, the group wasn't half as difficult as it looks on paper

Well if you look the just the Chelsea 2-2 and the Liverpool result there it's pretty simple that those were better performances. Spurs fans arguing with me are just showing their non trophy winning mentality

Chelsea only humiliated them in that a team so bad could come away with a draw in such a one sided match.

Anyone would think they’d beaten Barcelona’s 1st team in their own back yard.... only 1 team has and they didn’t make as much noise as this lot.

Yes it was a 2nd string Barca who weren’t particuarly bothered, but spurs can only play what’s in front of them.

The true Barca would have destroyed spurs, Luke they did at Wembley, but they didn’t need to play for anything. And credit to spurs for getting a result, even if they needed ibtercti bottle it.

I don't think you can discredit Spurs but I don't think they should be getting all this praise either, given they got through courtesy of Inter bottling it.

Two things from my perspective. I dont particularly rate Ballaque, in fact I think his name translates from Spanish to English as bollox. But getting a result I have to the Nou Camp is a bit achievement under any circumstances.

Was a great performance for me. But not a great result, they had to rely on inter. Should have really been 4/5-2 to spurs though imo.
