Definitely a game where Liverpool have to show they can handle a loss and bounce back. Not going to lie I’m nervous! We also seem to hate playing in January.
Gotta love Sandys optimism though, sure he had Liverpool down for a maximum of 4 points in December. See how that turned out.
But if you predict a loss every game eventually you’ll be right. Guess even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Think the game of the weekend should be spurs vs Utd, tough one to call too. Utd resurgent but yet to play anyone of note and spurs starting to look good in front of goal but after 5 losses already far from convincing.

Decent post mate but I don`t quite get why posters keep saying but Spurs have already lost five. The league is a points based enterprise, not how many games you lose. Spurs have not drawn any, which pretty well offsets the five losses, and puts them within two points of City and just half a dozen off the top. Spurs may not lose another game, we don`t know, they could go all season without a draw, say lose another three, and still end up with 90 points, which will be all that matters come May, the final points tally.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can’t argue with the facts and not drawing has kept spurs in touch like you say. I think its less the points aspect of the losses, though you are right from a accumulation point of view, more that spurs have shown they are more (not to be confused with easily) than beatable. Not drawing any would keep you in touch but over the course of a season would probably still leave you in 2nd or 3rd if the losses keep coming. Still like you say that the future and purely speculation.
I hope my nerves about tomorrow are proved wrong but can honestly see us drawing, which when you are being chased can be as bad as a loss.
Honestly couldn’t call spurs vs Utd. I think you are rightly favourites but it’ll be no walk over. Am looking forward to a cracking game and hopefully a draw (oh the irony๐)

Sandy literally can’t bare to predict a Liverpool win
Good job Sandy and very much in the realms of possibilities but I'd say both Chelsea and Liverpool games could be a draw
Specially the Brighton game at Amex. I have been to the ground and watch recent games when Brighton beat Everton and drew with Arsenal. They also beat Wolves.
Brighton look to have a solid defense specially at home, so won't rule out a possibility of an upset there, even a small one
