According to Billy the Yidd you just bring players through the academy, no need to spend money
basically, we should have done the business in the summer and not have to even contemplate panic buying now because we are not going to be able to get someone good enough in now

In an normal Injury situation our squad is fine depth wise (quality wise maybe a different issue). However the injury situation is so absurd that it couldn’t have been foreseen. The timing of the son international trip is also classic. Cannot help but laugh. The one time in the season we properly need him. Ridiculous.

Levy got away with fake building a stadium one year in advance and selling season tickets for it....trust me another transfer window without any signings is nothing for him.
I don't see why Levy would want to make a signing. We can probably get top four with this squad and that's all that matters.
Beyond a 'war chest' I don't think any signing we make in January will be significant enough to change our fortunes in search for a trophy.
No point in bringing in players just for the sake of it, and particularly players that Poch does not really want.
It just clogs up the squad and they end up more difficult to shift than a post curry skid mark.
Poch wants a certain type of player, he will have targets, but maybe he would rather promote a youth player if his targets are unobtainable, rather than bringing in another Njie, Nkoudou etc
