Everyone is to blame.
From the top of the heirarchy in the boardroom to the back room staff/manager and players and even fans.
We are all culpable.
I dont understand why they keep thinking about philosophy when its identity that is more important.
We need to understand our identity and what is best for our club.
I really sincerely hope that Brendan Rodgers is the next manager to play positively with flair and show our qualities from back to front.
Most importantly we lack leaders. Azpi is a good guy but he is not a leader. We looked toothless and afraid to show fight.
Roman is too trigger-happy and too obsessed with immediate success. He must give a manager the chance and long-term plan to develop a strong squad.
As we've already said Brum , a massive overhaul is needed ASAP, but of course that is not practical at the present time,so ,we will have to wait at least until the end of this season,If only to see what our manager and board decide after the (Ihope) explosive board/management meeting ,which I presume will be tomorrow !

Need to give your academy players a go, they will have more passion to play for the club than anyone bought.
I wish I could be at the training ground tomorrow !
not sure youths have passion but they make up for in penetration and energy and flair.
they need inspiration like a drogba or a costa someone who cares and fights and the rest of the team can feed off that passion and energy.

Basically yes harle, we need to bring in some decent players with a blend of the best of our academy next season.
I'd suggest RLC, CHO, Ampadu, Sterling, James (especially) and Abraham be given a much larger part to play.
Also possibly Mount, although I'm not as convinced he's ready as some people think.

Sorry Brummie but you're right and he does show attacking intent but he's just not too quality, I don't think he's the worst in the world but I've seen him so many times live and on the tv and I just haven't seen him improve at all and just don't think he's good enough
