Fraudiola but not by as much as his fanboys would have you believe.
as much as it pains me but I believe guys like klopp are more talented, they've actually worked themselves up from low level manager positions so showed they can do it across all levels for the most part, drop these two at a bottom half or championship team and see how they do. All they've known is unlimited money and the pick of the best players
Both chequebook managers. Neither could manage without the money.
Hmmmm 2 votes Pep and 2 votes for others so far.

To be fair, I don't think RM spent that much money on players whilst ZZ was there did they? And the players they did sign were squad fillers rather than 1st teamers.
Have to say Guardiola is better though imo.
Can we add why we think Pep please.
Guarddiola - he has won a treble whereas I think Zidane only managed a dibble ?
But Zidane won 2 champs league trophies and a league title in just 2 seasons. Plus he went 40 games unbeaten (the Spanish record)
Pep
Has won titles in three different leagues, breaking records along the way, helped make Barca one of the all time great sides, and his teams play pleasing on the eye Football.
Why do people still think world class managers with an understanding of football on another planet compared to the rest of us ‘wouldn’t be able to do it in a lower league’
That’s like saying Lewis Hamilton couldn’t drive a Ford Focus, or Tiger Woods couldn’t hack crazy golf 🤦♂️

I don’t know there could be some merit to it, could Pep get less skilled and technical players playing in his style?
I’d say Pep is the better manager.

Of course it’s not. It’s more like asking could Hamilton win the title in one of the less favoured teams / cars.

Yes, I’m not sure the car analogy works either, given that driving a Ford Focus is within the reach of most “regular” people, whereas managing even in the lower football leagues is not: there is a skill to it and it may differ greatly from what Guardiola has. A brilliant university lecturer might struggle in a secondary school or college - that’s perhaps a better analogy.
The more important question is: does it matter? Guardiola simply doesn’t need to “do it in the lower leagues”. Why judge the manager of Man City, Barcelona or Bayern Munich by what he might or might not have achieved at Leyton Orient? It’s not that relevant.

He couldn't that's why after his first season at city he went on an almighty spending drive.

Manager, no idea. Coach, Guadiola. Reason being he’s influenced tactics for an entire generation of coaches, there’s plenty of quotes or even books on the subject.
