Does this mean we will be finally rid of Wahl/Eriik and his Jose bullishizit
Robb now you can write your expression of sadness for real Madrid
No chance of signing varane or bale now.
Maybe he could buy Sanchez though

Silly to say he’s finished. Players and managers aren’t the same thing. He’ll be given money to spend and will inherit some very good players. He’ll be in a league which doesn’t have the pressure of 6 good sides fighting for 4 places.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He was given more to spend with us than he will get at Madrid because of the stadium revamp... And he made a balls of it... And he'll get less control over transfers
Surely by saying he could be a success because the league is less competitive is a little damning on its own?

With their injury record, it's best we stay clear anyway.
Technically it didn't go well in Madrid for him as since he left they been winning the CL nearly every year.
I hope he's the final nail to the Madrid coffin

Mourinho on those 2 big away wins in CL.
Couldn’t happen to a nicer club
So he might be going back to the club that broke him. Don't understand why Madrid would hire him, his style of football is completely opposite of what Madrid fans and board want. And they need a complete rebuild and that is something Jose isn't good at.

I've found that with Jose, he has this small but strange kind of cult following, where you get the odd weirdo who idolises him and can see absolutely no wrong in anything he does. Can only assume that's true of Florentino Perez.
Are they going to give him a two-and-a-half year contract?
Another big pay day when he implodes after his 2nd season

Wahl is Florentino Perez
He has it made, doesn't he?
Just keeps rotating around Europe, living the high life, saying whatever he likes and then taking tens of millions when it's time to move on.
Incredible.
A motivated Jose is usually a dangerous one.
They've got a lot to do with their squad even if they do change the manager.
Ranieri won a league title after being sacked from Greece for doing literally the worst ever job at international level. Jose wasn’t anywhere near that bad at United
Maybe he’ll flop, maybe he’ll succeed but I doubt he’ll be worse than the last couple of Real managers that managed this season. It’s just an interim job for this season anyway. If he looks like it might work out I’m sure he’ll get the job. Reckon Hazard might go there as he did well under Jose and still speaks highly of him. Maybe Lukaku too if he decides he doesn’t wanna be second choice at United (although I think Lukaku has made himself unstoppable)
*undroppable - though unstoppable is also the case 😂

As per usual Jose will make it all about himself
They are welcome to him regardless of how successful he may be in madrid

Jose was pretty bad at utd Robb, can you still not see it?
And don’t forget - under Jose Real scored more goals in a league season than they ever have and ever have since. It’s not all boring with him. Again, there’s no guarantee he’ll succeed but it’s also naive to doubt that he won’t succeed there with some of the players he’ll inherit and the ones he can bring in. Real will be spending big and they have more pull than United in terms of the very best players

In his last season, absolutely. He deserved the sack. But he did pretty well in his first two seasons.

Depends what you class as doing well.
Personally, style of football, youth development and general club management are key factors in doing well - and he was appalling at these.
And given the money he spent, I'd argue he didn't do particularly well with actual results either. Did okay, but not as well as you'd expect for the financial outlay.
