If CHO goes?

Depends.

If he ends this season with 25 appearances and next season with 40 and still decides to leave then we can't really blame the club because the likelihood are he was going regardless.

If his games/minutes don't evolve then Sarri/new manager will have a lot to answer for.

And this Pulisic bashing is getting beyond tedious, not per se aimed at you Flash but your comments the straw that broke the camels back.

You would get a heafty fine and a points deduction if your club played a player registered to Chelsea.

NOone will be to blame. You’ll just have to accept he’s moving to a bigger club.

Even if he stays the fact he wanted to leave was telling, IMO it is down to the culture and feeling the club has had over many years towards young players. Sarri didn’t help but hey it was the club who hired him knowing he doesn’t play youth. But I think seeing his elders like Ake, Chalobah, even RLC to an extent be poorly managed, sold in former two’s cases when they’d be fine squad players, is the type of thing that was in his mind when/if he wants to leave.

Sarri though had a chance to read the fans. Our abject displays recently would be forgivable if he gave youth a chance and showed an evolution in his thinking

Do you know how many managers spurs have gone through since 2003?

Love how no-one seems to be considering the possibility that whether he stays or goes, maybe he won't become all that? Which makes me blame the structure of the club more than anything else.

I've never seen a young player pumped up so much on so little pro-level evidence, Chelsea or anywhere else, and it's not because of CHO - he's decent, but there's been far superior at youth level to bomb hard at pro-level threw the course of history (we've bought a number of them down the years, e.g. Quaresma, Paim, Pato, etc...). It's because of the culture of the club that makes it an appealing story to journalists and a source of anxiety to the fanbase.

So yeah, the third thing

Never seen Pusilic play, so I have no opinion on him...howevewr I would be very pleased if we play both him & CHO next term..assuming we hold onto him

Will Sarri be here...questionable, depends on what he does in the immediate weeks from here in respect of team selection, and how we progress in the Euromick.

For me top four is just out of reach, unless we rapidly improve, and one of the others has a meltdown....let's hope is $puds in their new stadium...

It’s clearly Sarri’s fault.

He plays average past it players like Pedro and Willian ahead of CHO ffs. He plays perennial underachievers Kovacic and Barkley ahead of a genuine prospect like RLC.

Even guys like Christiansen, probably the first Chelsea player in the best part of 2 decades to come through the ranks and actually establish himself has been booted out by Sarri.
