I don't think it will be Lennon at all, the crowd on Saturday tells it's own story as well.
That game was sold out and there was about 15,000 empty seats.
its an odd one
appointing someone with experience of our game isnt a bad thing, appointing someone else who doesn't is a risk.
the issue with lennon is that ppl fear the board will go back to as they were without a big name demanding things of them.
its not lennon im worried about tbh
Tactically Lennon is fine but i'd be concerned his fear of 10 would damage his mental state as well as the product on display.
We'd be safety sam every week.
Still got a terrific chance of more history over the next 7 weeks though, find it hard to be down when you think we are one game away from another domestic cup final and the chance to seal 3 trebles in a row

i'd worry for lennons safety if we were going for 10 as well tbh.
not from your average person, but from the worst of the worst.
I'm sure someone stated a while back that a treble this season would mean we're only 6 or 7 trophies behind Rangers overall haul of 115.
Yea feeling fine at the moment jf touch wood, cheers for enquiring mate
So, is AVB any good or no then?

The Martinez rumours gathering pace.
Apparently he was spotted outside the local JJB buying a hoopy the huddle teddy for his boy.
Done deal.
He was seen playing golf with Dermot an all, 4 ball with him AVB and Benitez, Rose caddied for them 👍

I don’t think we can discount someone like AVB on a whim. He has a decent pedigree, and most managers-especially those that have managed at the bigger clubs with the bigger teams-will have some failure in there. I seem to remember a lot of sniping about Rodgers for some time after he arrived based on his departure from Liverpool.
It’s probably academic though as I think barring a cataclysmic collapse by Lennon he’ll get the job.

I think avb is a good manager. Big success at porto and pretty good at zenit. Disappointing at Chelsea but generally average as spurs manager. Overall track record probably not too far off Rodgers before Celtic. I'd prefer you appoint lennon.
